Stallion by Wilmat app for iPhone and iPad

The Stallion by Wilmat iPhone/IPad app has been designed to be used in conjunction with the Stallion by Wilmat accounting program developed by Wilmat Application Software.

Data from your Stallion by Wilmat Desktop or Cloud version database can be uploaded to your IPhone or IPad via the Wilmat server. On your device you are using a copy of your live data. Changes and additions you make to the device data can be returned to your Desktop or Cloud database using the Export function within the App.

The App has a secure login facility with separate logins for Admin and Staff. The Staff login does not display charge rates and prices or Owner and Horse Balances.

Horses:
Provides a list of horses under the care of the Trainer. New horses can be added and existing horses can be updated. New and updated horse details will be transferred back to Stallion by Wilmat when you export notes or transactions.

Owners:
Provides a list of owners of the horses trained by the Trainer. Owner details can be added and updated within the App.

Charges:
Charges against horses can be entered into the App and exported back to your Desktop or Cloud database.

Notes:
Provides a facility to send updates regarding progress of the horse to the owners. The note can include text, a photo or video and an audio recording of your update report.

Login:
Login screen where the user provides the Serial Number, Username and Password

Import Data:
Enables data to be downloaded from the Desktop or Cloud database.

Export Data:
Data entered or modified in the App can be transferred back into your Desktop or Cloud database using the Export Data function.
